EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope you love your Second Summer pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

To arrange a return or exchange, please email hello@secondsummerlabel.com and a member of our team will provide the next steps.

Please note:

• UAE returns and exchanges are complimentary.
• GCC returns and exchanges incur an AED 80 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or charged as part of the exchange process.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Second Summer.
