RETURNS POLICY

At Second Summer we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To register your return, please email returns@secondsummerlabel.com and a member of our team will provide you with the return details.

Please note:

• UAE returns are free of charge.

• All items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Second Summer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please email returns@secondsummerlabel.com with details and images of the fault. We will ask you to return the item and provide proof of postage, so that we can also refund your delivery costs.

Where possible, we will try to provide a replacement item (subject to availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
