Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence, or that you have given permission for any minor dependants to use this website under your supervision.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable laws when using this website.
2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, imagery, colours, sizing and pricing are as accurate as possible.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order where necessary.
3. PRICING
Prices may change without notice.
Prices displayed to you may vary depending on your location, currency and applicable market pricing.
For GCC customers, applicable duties and import taxes may either be included in the displayed price or calculated and collected at checkout, depending on the destination market.
Where duties and taxes are collected or stated as included, orders are intended to be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis so that customers should not receive additional customs charges on delivery.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to have been placed by resellers, distributors or for fraudulent purposes.
If we cancel or amend an order after payment has been made, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
5. SHIPPING
Delivery estimates shown on our website are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
For UAE orders, local delivery is normally estimated at 2–3 business days.
For GCC orders, delivery is normally estimated at 2–4 business days.
Delays caused by customs authorities, couriers, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Second Summer.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
UAE returns and exchanges are complimentary.
GCC returns and exchanges incur an AED 80 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund or charged as part of the exchange process.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

7. FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact hello@secondsummerlabel.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, Second Summer will cover reasonable return delivery costs and, where possible, offer a replacement or refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website, including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, product names, text and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to Second Summer.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
